In the event of cancellation, we will not impose any charges, as we strive to provide the best service and experience to our customers. However, if hotels or transportation contractors apply charges for cancellation, you will have to pay those charges that apply. Cancellation policies vary, depending upon the type of service, the time of year, and the reason for cancellation. We will pass on to you all details of any cancellation policy with our reply upon demand. Cancellation made 45 days prior to the date of departure: Full refund. Cancellations made 45 to 20 days prior to the date of departure: 50% charged. Cancellation made 20 to 10 days prior to the date of departure: 75% charged. Cancellation made later than 10 days prior to the date of departure: Fully charged. (Please note: certain pre-paid tickets like domestic flights or train bookings may be non-refundable regardless of notice time

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone with your booking details. Cancellations must be requested in writing (email), and the effective date will be when we receive your notice. If you want to change your travel dates or make other modifications, we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability (changes might be treated as a cancellation and rebooking depending on timing). We strongly recommend having travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, so you’re protected in case of unexpected emergencies

In the event of a qualified cancellation, we process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we confirm your eligibility for a refund, we typically issue it within 7–14 business days. The refund will be returned via your original payment method (minus any applicable bank fees per our policy). We’ll keep you informed during the refund process.

It’s very rare, but if we ever have to cancel (for example, due to unforeseen events or safety concerns), you would receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. We will always communicate such changes promptly and work with you on alternative arrangements. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, so we only cancel if absolutely necessary (and thankfully, that hasn’t happened often).
