THE BEST OF NORTHERN VIETNAM – 6 DAYS

Upon arrival in Noi Bai airport – in Hanoi. You will be met and transferred to hotel in the downtown. After a short break, start the tour to visit some famous places in Hanoi (depending on your arrival time, tour itinerary can be adjusted)

Start your exploration at the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, which showcases the diverse ethnic groups of Vietnam through fascinating exhibits and artifacts. Explore the Temple of Literature, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and discover the rich history of Vietnam’s first university. Walk around the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake, and visit the Ngoc Son Temple, perched on an island in the lake.

In the morning, you will travel to Halong and arrive around noon. There, you will embark on a cruise in the must-see Lan Ha Bay, a part of Halong Bay. This world-famous bay is one of the most beautiful landscapes in Vietnam, with its giant rock islets covered in luxuriant vegetation overlooking the waters. Halong Bay includes some 1,900 islands and islets of rocky peaks, often uninhabited and unvisited. This scene creates a spectacular marine landscape, which earned it UNESCO World Heritage status in 1994. You will be served lunch and dinner on board.

Early in the morning and depending on the season, you will wake up to enjoy the sunrise over the aquamarine waters of the bay. Then the cruise will tour around the bay until you disembark at the end of the morning. After that, you will then return to Hanoi

Morning, have a breakfast at hotel then we star the tour to Mai Chau. On the way, enjoy the beauty of Thung Khe Pass for a spectacular view of Mai Chau Valley. Arival in Mai Chau, enjoy a traditional lunch with a local family of the White Thai Tribe.

After lunch, ride a bike to the remote villages, discovering the natural beauty of the valley and the culture of the ethnic minority Thai people.

Have dinner then enjoy a traditional dance and music performance of the villagers.

Overnight at homestay of Thai people.

Have breakfast then have a trek through rice terraced paddies in Na Meo, Xam Pa villages and down winding lanes to visit the Cum and Sam Khoe villages. Immerse yourself in the vibrant local culture and scenery. Walk to Mai Chau market, meet the local people and see them trading their handmade products in the market.

After lunch at a local restaurant, your leisure time until we transfer you back to Hanoi.

After breakfast at the hotel, your free time until we transfer you to the airport for your departure flight.
